It is backed by a secure database that will not only store the information but will enable you to amend and update the form each year. Therefore, the core data will only need to be input once and simply amended at renewal.

Once you have created an account you will be able to start completing the proposal form online. Please note the online system is compatible only with PC’s and Internet Explorer 6 or above, no other browsers will function e.g. Firefox.
